Sedalia, MO – Congratulations Team SK and junior shooter Jake Stine winning the 2022 Western National Lever Gun Championship!
The 2022 Western National Lever Gun Championship was held at the NRA Whittington Center in Raton, NM, and had competitors from all over the US in attendance. The event was help on July 6-9th and had competitors shooting 40-round smallbore (22LR), pistol cartridge and rifle caliber relays. For each smallbore and pistol cartridge relay, shooters engaged ten chickens at 40 meters, ten pigs at 50 meters, ten turkeys at 75 meters and ten rams at 100 meters. The rifle caliber relays have chickens at 50 meters, pigs at 100 meters, turkeys at 150 meters and rams at 200 meters.
Stine’s accomplishments were as follows:

- 1st Junior Pistol Cartridge
- 1st Junior Smallbore
- 4th AAA Overall Rifle Caliber
- 2nd AAA Smallbore Pistol Cartridge
- 2nd AAA Smallbore
- 1st Overall Junior
