Mesa, AZ – Berger, manufacturer of the highest quality bullets and ammunition for competitive long-range shooters and sportsman, seeks a Quality Department Manager at their Mesa, AZ production facility.
The Quality Department Manager is responsible for ensuring all safety regulations and HESS policies are followed during operations, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the department. With independent judgment and discretion, the Quality Department Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the quality control program, which is designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Audit and monitor product quality
- Participate in audits and ensure all issues are resolved
- Train and monitor inspector’s procedures
- Recommend modifications to current processes
- Familiar with GD&T
