Mesa, AZ – Congratulations to Team Berger member Morgun King on winning the 2021/2022 NRL Championship. King, for the second year in a row, brought home both the season and championship match titles.
King competed using the 6.5mm Creedmoor loaded with Berger 6.5mm 156 Grain Elite Hunter bullets. Elite Hunter Rifle Bullets utilize Berger’s industry-leading hybrid ogive design, which blends tangent and secant designs to optimize efficiency, reduce wind-drift, and minimize sensitivity to seating depth. Elite Hunter bullets are easy to load and shoot.
The 2021/2022 National Rifle League (NRL) Championship presented by Burris took place April 22-24 at the Cameo Shooting & Education Complex in Grand Junction, CO. Shooters competed in 18 different stages with ranges from 400 to 1,200 yards.
“Berger bullets continue to do their job over and over again. Now, for the second year in a row, I have taken my 6.5mm Creedmoor to the National Rifle League season championship and returned with both the championship match win and the season title,” commented King. “I believe Berger Bullets are the most consistent available, and I cannot think of a better way to prove that point than by winning back-to-back season titles. Obviously, a good bullet is not the only factor in winning, but a bullet that flies the same every time at every match all year, is an essential ingredient to the recipe for success.
King joined Team Berger in 2022 and will compete in June at the Punisher Positional.
