Team Lapua Member Brian Brandt Wins Triple Crown of Rimfire
Sedalia, MO – Congratulations to Team Lapua’s Brian Brandt, who finished in first place, champion of the 2023 Triple Crown of Rimfire. Brandt competed in the grueling week of events and showed his ability to endure again the best shooters in the two day, three sectioned, nine target Triple Crown where he outshot over 100 other competitors.
“We had a great week in Bristol at the Triple Crown, I wouldn’t have been able to finish so strong in the event without the confidence I have in my equipment and in Lapua Midas+ rimfire ammunition,” commented Brandt
The 2023 Triple Crown of Rimfire week of events was held May 23-28 at the Kettlefoot Rod & Gun Club in Bristol, VA. The week of competition brings the most prestigious and toughest competitors to compete for titles and cash prizes. The Triple Crown Week consists of a series of multiple events across three different rimfire sanction including ABRA, IR 50/50 and the PSL Holeshot Arms Benchrest Brawl, ARA Area 3 Tournament, and finishes with the Triple Crown. After all the scores were tallied, Brandt was crowned King of the Triple Crown, the PSL segment winner and managed 14th in the PSL Benchrest Brawl., and placed 1st in the Benchrest Brawl.
