Sedalia, MO – Congratulation’s to Team SK member Jake Stine winning multiple titles at the 2022 NRA National Silhouette Championship, including overall High Junior and Hunter Rifle Team National Champion.
The NRA National Silhouette Championship took place August 8-9 at the Ridgway Rifle Club in Ridgway, PA, in conjunction with the Lapua Monarch Cup. Silhouette has competitors taking aim at a variety of steel chickens, pigs, turkeys and rams. Shooters, standing and unsupported (off-hand), take aim at four banks of silhouettes at increasing distances, shooting 40 targets in all. For every silhouette knocked down, the competitors earn one point. Smallbore (.22LR) shooters are shooting steel at distances of 40, 60, 77 and 100 meters, and High Power (centerfire) at 200, 300, 385 and 500 meters.
Stine’s National Championship accolades are as follows:

- Smallbore Hunter Rifle Aggregate 4th place Master Class
- Smallbore Standard Rifle Aggregate High Junior
- Smallbore Standard Rifle Aggregate 2nd Place AAA Class

- High Power Standard Rifle Aggregate 2nd AAA Class
- High Power Hunter Rifle Aggregate 3rd AAA Class
